    3. Wows The manga is hella boring The anime is so much better, robotic, better, and better I mean in the manga Lelouch is trying to take over the world with 10 people That is so smart While on the other hand, in the anime, he got robots Robots are fun.

I actually found that I enjoyed this manga adaptation than I am enjoying the anime Lelouch is a Britannia royal in hiding after the suspicious death of his mother at the hands of the government He has a real desire to change the world and create a place where his disabled sister can live in peace Investigating a downed fighter plane, he is given the ability to make people obey him and begins to act on his plan to take down the government of the Holy Empire of Britannia. This is a very readable a [...]

    5. Code Geass is easily one of my favorite series that I ve read The main story plot is always kept interesting, and the characters are extremely memorable The story of Lelouch, an exiled prince of the Brittanian empire, is filled with lies, deceit, and cunning as he seeks to destroy the empire to which he once belonged More specifically, he seeks revenge on the royal family, especially his father the Brittanian emperor When he gains the power to bend others to his will, he creates the alias Zero t [...]

    9. This is the starting off review, though the others should all be volume focused and far shorter 3 Art Rather simple, boring artwork, and definitely has the feel that it was drawn for work rather than from any sort of inspiration The panel s look similar to each other, and a couple times, I wondered if the same picture wasn t used multiple times That being said, it s not like it was bad per say, it s just boring Concept Lelouch, a melancholic dreamer who sees what s ahead, and is willing to do a [...]

    10. La historia est bastante bien, pero no s si es la traducci n o es que los di logos son bastante flojos El arte tambien es irregular, con muchas escenas confusas en donde si no fuera por los di logos y el contexto, no se entender a que es lo que est pasando.

    12. First manga I ever read It was early evening, I was in 8th or 9th grade, and I was browsing the back aisles of Bookstar now closed in my city I was always interested in manga anime didn t know the names of what it was called at the time but I thought they were mostly provocative due to me scanning over a kissing scene in one of classmate s manga in elementary school Egad and not being allowed to watch Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. After discovering AMVs first was Death Note on Youtube one night [...]

    13. This manga series in itself in completely fascinating The improbability of an idea to overthrow an entire government working with the assistance of only a few others, is extremely interesting to see how the storyline will fold out The characters so far seem to have conflicting enough personalities such as Lelouch and Suzaku , that this story will just continue to keep getting better and better Although I probably shouldn t, I also feel the need to compare the manga to the anime I still am having [...]

As the Holy Empire of Britannia expands, the freedoms and rights of the citizens of the countries that it has conquered begin to shrink Japan, once a strong and noble land, has since been renamed Area 11, and the people live in fear of the soldiers that roam the streets as all that they once knew crumbles around them.Enter Lelouch leh louche An exiled child of the Emperor of Britannia, he seems like the least likely candiate to rally a desperate nation to action With no political connections in [...]

    17. This was kind of strange for me because of how different the manga version of Code Geass feels compared to the anime series The art isn t what I d deem as bad , but they do look like children versions of the characters and the show was so heavily stylized I was hoping to see of that unique look since it was really dynamic and would work great in panels What we get here was too cute Simple Rounded instead of sharp I liked sharp it suited the characters better because it projected the dramatic na [...]

    19. The theme from this Graphic Novel would be about how a person wants to make the world a better place and take control Usually the Author Goro Taniguichi is trying to leave the reader saying Er What will happen next to Lelouch next time The Author is trying to say that the Protagonist Lelouch is trying to take control and make himself have a future for Area 11 and for his sister Nunnally, even though he was sent to Area 11 he tries to keep his identity a low profile from the people finding out he [...]

    21. This volume of manga in Japanese is based on the anime of the same name I haven t seen the anime, but I m really excited to after reading this Damn this was good Some sort of post apocalyptic world war setting, in a Japan that has been converted into a part of the world spanning empire known as Britannia Lelouch is originally indifferent to both the empire officials deeds as well as the rebels loud opinions, but after finding a girl hooked up to a machine and locked inside a see through tank, an [...]

    25. Went to Barnes and Noble this weekend and bought some awesome new manga I got Higurashi and this one, Code Geass And I find CG so interesting It takes place in a futuristic world in which Britannia has dominated most of the world, and Japan has been turned into an area simply known as Area Eleven And even though our protagonist is Brittanian he decides to rise against the Brittanian forces Awesome very awesome.

    26. I like the anime but the manga is way appealing and detailed This manga is very interesting, especially since the main character lelouch has strong hatred against his royal blood and is motivated by his love for his sister and wanting to make a better place for her I also like that his best friend fights for the Britannia government, it really adds to the plot and makes everything feel intense.

    27. Stop Lelouch, you re way to honourable to carry out your plan You cannot fight evil with evil, fight fire with fire, that only makes the fire bigger but of course being a manga, things turn out differently Anyways if i say too much i will end up spoiling a lot and crying too, WATCH THE ANIME as it was the first one made, before manga 100% WORTH YOUR TIME you might even learn stuff from them

    29. Code Geass is one of the greatest animes of all time In my opinion The manga version just didn t seem as epic While still worth reading, I recommend watching the anime first One thing I loved about the manga was the way Lelouch took on his challenges without the knightmare frames I still love the robots, but it was fun to see some changes.
