Thank you to the author for sending me a copy of this book for an honest review. The story revolves around the main character, 17 year old Winter Smith, who is a reluctant socialite. Her parents are famous jewellery designers and so Winter is also dragged in to the celebrity lifestyle However, she doesn t court fame and hates media attention. All that comes to an end though when a zombie outbreak starts to wipe out the population of the world Winter finds herself running for her life across London [...]

    4. What an achievement for a 21 year old to have written and published a book of over 400 pages in length Congrats, J.S Strange, you re a star.It seems that people can t get enough of zombies, whether in books or movies The zombies are satisfyingly gross in this novel, although I m confused why some people get bitten and become zombies straight away, some take their time, and some seem to stay dead, while only one gets mentioned as rising from the grave Doubtless, all will be revealed in Book 2.I l [...]

    5. As far as debut novels go, this is pretty darn good This book restored my love of Zombie goodness This series shall be quite interesting because it brings us back to what Zombies truly should be, a looking glass through which we can take a lens to society and study it J.S Strange does an excellent job with this Also, his zombies are as zombies should be, decaying flesh and horrible grossness YES But what really matters is how a situation like this affects humanity Strange takes a lens to classis [...]

    9. Good ReadThis is a really good book for being the authors first It s well written, has lots of tension in all the right places and the characters are believable The story is unique, which is hard to find in the zombie genre I love reading a book that causes your mind to begin spinning off several plausible scenarios for the possibility of books to come making a series This happened to me as I began to realize I was towards the end I was greatly pleased to find that the author is planning a seri [...]
