    1. Clean and Wholesome You have got to be kidding me.Why in the world the author would choose that label for this book is beyond me This book was neither clean nor wholesome. The heroine flips and flops between three different guys She drinks and smokes and swears and sneaks around There is no sex in the book but it is shallow and crass and has definitely been mislabeled. And then the book abruptly ends mid story Very disappointed with this one.Content strong language including the F word, teenage sm [...]

    2. Enjoyable readVery enjoyable to read I read the Bed She Made first, and it gave me a better appreciation for that story having this to back up everything that happened in the first book I enjoyed learning about how Journey ended up with the guy she did in the beginning of the Bed She Made Well written and very enjoyable to read like all her books so far And I have now read all the books Elicia Hyder has written now that I finished this one

    3. At first, I got a bit worried There were three POVs in the first chapter I tend to prefer stories that have at most two POVs because I dislike too much head hopping And, although teen fiction is not usually what I would read, I continued on I don t regret the decision one bit because I got to know the three characters and began rooting for each one in different ways. The female MC, I couldn t really get attached to her for most of the story while, on the other hand, I have grown close to both mal [...]

    4. I read these two books the wrong way around, and despite that, still really enjoyed this book I had made my mind up about the backgrounds of Journey, Marcus, David and Steven in The Bed She Made and this story changed my mind In this book you really get to see different sides to David and Steven and their relationships with Jouney Young adult romance with all it s angst and dramas that you would expect Love s ups, downs and curveballs.I would recommend this book preferably in the correct order

    5. I tell you, these books really do suck you in I didn t realize this was a prequel or I would have read it first After reading The bed she laid I really though this was going to not be interesting Because this is mainly about high school drama But it really was good and I m glad I read it Made the next book make sense to me as far as the characters go.

    6. I enjoyed this book right until the end when I found out there wasn t an ending I would have to buy another book to find out what happens I hate that technique I gave it two stars because I really enjoyed the story until the not an ending Too bad I won t be reading any of the author s books, so I won t find out what happened.

    7. I read The Bed She Made first and loved it I enjoyed seeing some of the story from Steven and David s perspectives but I liked David less and Steven after this book Then I felt like there was a hole left in Steven s story.

    8. WowIf you like complicated love triangles The relationship between David, Steven, and Journey is definitely not simple I read it in one sitting, and now I need to read the first book this one is officially a prequel.
